Limited nearby nightlife.

The Longtail Beach Resort truly impressed me with its stunning location and vibrant atmosphere. The beach has crystal clear waters and soft white sand, perfect for relaxing or taking photos on the swings available for everyone. My room, a Deluxe Double Room with Air-Conditioning, offered a lovely terrace with a hammock that made lounging incredibly enjoyable. The food exceeded my expectations. the Thai dishes were authentic and delicious, particularly the homemade coconut milk used in their curries. I appreciated the sustainable practices, like the organic vegetable garden and efforts to reduce plastic use. the breakfast offered could have been more filling, which was a slight disappointment. transportation costs to the resort were higher than anticipated, which I found a bit frustrating after staying at another location with more affordable options. Despite these minor inconveniences, the staff's remarkable kindness and attentiveness shone throughout my stay, and the well-maintained gardens created a peaceful retreat. I found it easy to connect with others, sharing stories and experiences, which added to the community feel I enjoyed.

Magnificent gardens and best Thai oil massage ever.

beautiful garden, crystal clear beach, wooden boat house
Bungalows could definitely use better illumination and more modern decor!!! The remote location means a long trip from the pier, which can be inconvenient for quick outings!!! Expect a lack of nearby nightlife after dark!!!

The bungalows nestled in lush gardens were my highlight! 🌴 I loved chilling in the hammocks on the veranda, but the mosquito nets needed replacing. a tranquil escape for families with kids.

Pristine beach area maintained well despite nearby mess. Bungalows offer a clean, comfortable stay with essentials for families. Access to kayaks and a decent swimming pool for some fun.
Mattress on the bed felt too hard for a comfortable sleep, while the overall room size was a bit minimalistic. Transportation costs from the pier were unexpectedly high, especially compared to nearby resorts. Insects were noticeable, which could be a concern for light sleepers.

The bungalows are nestled in stunning gardens, providing a tranquil escape. Each unit comes equipped with essential amenities, ensuring comfort. With a fantastic dining experience, particularly the barbecue with a fire show, you won’t want to dine anywhere else. The staff are incredibly friendly, always ready to assist. A beautiful, peaceful spot for families!

Just a top selection for a short stint in Thong Nai Pan Yai with incredible value for money. The nightly volleyball games on the beach with the staff were a lot of fun and created a friendly vibe. Bring cash for local restaurants and activities as options nearby are limited.

the longtail was a slice of paradise! the bungalows were very clean and comfortable, nestled in lush tropical gardens that lead directly to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. the staff were super friendly, and the spa treatments, especially the massages, were just fantastic.
the dining options could be a bit more diverse.

Fantastic stay with friends! We enjoyed relaxing at the beach, dining on delicious Thai food at the resort, and taking part in nighttime volleyball games. A visit to Haad Rin beach was a blast for the nightlife, and we also tried jet skiing nearby. Highly recommend the massages and friendly staff here.
One downside was the pool area, which got crowded with kids playing unsupervised. It would be better if the resort enforced age limits for children at the pool to ensure everyone can relax in peace.
